NewWait4Port

Description:
NewWait4Port is a replacement of the WaitForPort command provided with AmigaOS. It waits for a Message Port to appear and then ends itself. This is useful for batch files starting a program as background process and then sending commands to ot as soon as the ARexx-Port is established. The difference to WaitForPort is, that NewWait4Port has no integrated 10 seconds timeout.
