SubStr

Description:
Most programming languages have a function like MidStr or SubStr that returns a part of given length from a given string. The AmigaDOS Batch language however doesn't. So I've written a small shell tool providing that functionality. Though it's been done for personal use mainly, it might be useful for someone else. So I decided to release it. Here it is !
